Product Update for Extender (PU13.00)
This Product Update (for v2025/2024/2023) include:
The new Workflow Rules Engine, and TeamWork:
- Workflow Rules and Workflow View Defaults to configure workflow templates.
- New workflow actions to use workflow rules to determine if a record needs approval and who approves.
- Evaluate workflow action includes additional options.
- New Extender modules, including workflow templates and related messages for a range of Sage 300 applications and records.
- A new "TeamWork" module, to integrate AutoSimply A/C Chat with Sage 300 Extender, Notes, and Document Management Link.
Improvements to the Extender Modules screen:
- Available Modules Tab lists modules that can be imported.
- You can now add a mymodule.activation.py script to run a script before or after importing an Extender Module.
- New VIQUEUE table to run a script on demand.
