Agentic Order Entry reads your customers' purchase orders (PDF, Excel or CSV, straight from email), validates every line against your Sage 300 data, and creates Order Entry transactions ready for review. No rekeying. No transposed part numbers. No 4:55 pm backlog.

How it works

  1. Capture: Point it at your orders. Drop files into a watched folder, import them from the queue screen, or let an email rule feed it directly. Batches welcome.
  2. Resolve: The agent does the lookup work. Customers, items, units, pricing and ship-tos are resolved against your live Sage 300 data, with every decision logged.
  3. Review: You approve, Sage 300 ships. Clean orders arrive on hold in O/E with the source document attached. Release them in one click — or fix the one flagged line.
