Orchid Systems and AutoSimply will come together to provide detailed training on TeamWork, the exciting new mobile, chat-based collaboration and management tool for Sage 300.

Who Should Attend, and Why?

• Sales & Pre-Sales staff: Understand how your prospects can benefit from TeamWork, and how to demonstrate it
• Sage 300 Consultants: Learn how to configure TeamWork to get your clients up and running

The training will occur at the TPAC venue, the day before the conference starts. Partners attending TPAC should plan to arrive a day early. Others who won't be attending TPAC, but will be in the area on 7 March, are very welcome to participate!

What to Expect

• This will be a highly interactive, hands-on experience, with participants using a Sage 300 "sandbox" environment to simulate real-world scenarios on their mobile device.
• You will walk away with TeamWork installed on your own laptop, and a good working knowledge of how to demonstrate and implement it.
• You'll also learn how easy it is to configure our pre-defined Workflow Templates, covering approvals for a range of core Sage 300 transactions as well as employee expense and time management.

Lunch will be provided, plus refreshments (on arrival, plus morning and afternoon breaks).

Bring your laptops! We'll provide you with information closer to the date so you can come to the training prepared and get the most out of it.

About TeamWork

TeamWork is fully integrated into Sage 300, combining the best of AutoSimply Chat and Orchid's Extender Workflow capability. It lets you:

• Discuss, monitor and approve Sage 300 actions within a mobile chat interface on your smartphone, and/or Sage 300 screens
• Easily configure 25+ workflow templates, using a simple "What, How, Who" workflow rules engine
• Have all approvals, status changes, and chats securely stored in the Sage 300 database for reporting and auditing
