This month's webinar will shine the spotlight or Orchid's Return Material Authorizations (RMA) module for Sage 300, with a focus on best practice for maximizing security, control, and tracking of returns.

We'll walk through several scenarios that illustrate this, including:

  • Using security groups to control who can override RMA validations or create credit notes, replacement orders and vendor returns
  • Adding highly flexible, multi-level RMA approval workflows, using Orchid Extender
