We’ve declared October "Inter Entity Month" as we prepare and present a series of training webinars on these products.

Our latest news article, "Intercompany Accounting...the final frontier for automation?", discusses how increasingly complex corporate structures are creating new challenges and risks, and how this area has been a laggard when it comes to automation.


Inter Entity Transactions
This module will automatically generate balancing loan account entries for allocations or transfers.

You can also use its GL Triggers capability to create additional GL or AR/AP entries for complex inter-entity transactions, or its Cash Management features to automate the transfer of funds between entities.

Inter EntityTrade
This module supports the trade of goods or services between related entities. You initiate a trade in one entity, and reciprocal documents are automatically created in the other.

v2019 Sample Data & Bin Tracking now available:
  • Sample Data for v2019 is now available in the Product Downloads area of the Orchid website. It includes updates to our Demo Scripts (especially for Notes and Extender).
  • Bin Tracking v2019 has also been released. It includes improvements to the Post Reconciliation process. See this article for details.
New Extender Scripts:
The following new Extender OCX (UI) scripts are available for download here:
  • Inline Editing of Optional Fields in AP Invoice Detail, or in GL Transactions.

  • Add Standard Cost field to OE Order
