How much do you know about Orchid Users?

Orchid Users were originally known as 'Document Management Link Users', but times have changed.

When a Sage 300 user has been flagged as an Orchid User, and allocated an available Orchid User licence, they can now potentially do much more:

  • View or add Document Management Link documents.
  • Create or open an Email SmartLink hyperlink to a Sage 300 record.
  • Use the Extender Workflow console, or Workflow icons on Sage 300 screens.
  • Access Extender Logs via Sage 300 screen icons.

Read our new Orchid Users product page for more, including an explanation of how Orchid User licencing works.
