Steve & Anne will demonstrate some clever ways of enhancing collaboration within organizations by using different combinations of Sage 300 add-ons from Orchid Systems, e.g.:
- Use Extender to conditionally post an event to a closed Social Media group (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Use Process Scheduler to refresh and distribute a data cube
- Use Info-Explorer to analyse that cube, then create and share a custom view that better illustrates an anomaly or interesting trend.
- Use Email SmartLink to quickly send off an email with direct drill-through to a specific Sage 300 screen or transaction.
- Use Document Management Link and Notes to display context-sensitive information when and where it's needed.
